I called it back. Suddenlink (Altice) internet/phone/TV, not Chase. Legitimate promo offer on my existing account. They had all account info, did not ask me for any identifying info.

They said they were Chase and that there was fraud activity on my account. Asked me if I've been to Arizona, knew some persons name or spent $300. No. Said my account had been accessed 20 times in the last hour. Starting talking about my account number and routing number. I asked if that was as in a checking account. They said yes. I don't have a Chase checking. Then the said savings. I don't have a Chase savings. I have a Chase credit card. Then they hung up.
