This number is for Bank of America credit card services but that is not who called me. Someone is spoofing their number to make unsolicited calls with a 0% interest rate on "all your cards" (that's what tipped me off). I hung up and called the number back, got connected to Bank of America and, after verifying everything was OK with my account, reported the scam.
