Interception of Call (Telemarketer) reported by


I called Telus to unlock my cellphone and when the call was answered I was told that i called at the right time because not only would they unlock my phone but also send me a cash prize. Then i was told in order to complete the service I was being forwarded to this number 1800 373 3411. I had called the number on the Telus website(1-866-558-2273) for assistance, how was my call intercepted by a telemarketing scam? WTF.

They kept telling me I had called them each time I tried to tell them to delete my number. Then was put on an automated system that told me they could not understand my choices. Blocked and done.

They call for carpet cleaning and now time shares around summer to ask if we want to get one or turn our house into one and we ALWAYS say NO! Reported the number to cox they are looking at the number and IEP address to find them. Hope they can do something.
