ComEd rep trying to give me a better rate for summer time. (Unsolicited call) reported by


I immediately noticed a middle eastern tone. Started pitching me a lower rate on my electric bill for the summer time and asked for an amount of my highest electric bill. I started telling him that I use less electricity in the summer because I'm more active outside. When he couldn't understand that I'm more outside in the summer (NOT using electricity) than I am inside in the winter (Using electricity). He finally hung up on me. lol

They call claiming to be a ComEd rep with a refund/rebate for you. In truth they are a 3rd party supplier that have "ghosted" ComEd's phone number to make it appear they are calling from ComEd in reality they are not. HANG UP
