There was a voicemail so I listened. It was my Aunts voice leaving a message for her granddaughter. Thought it was weird coming from an 800# but I texted my Aunt to let her know she mistakenly called my #. She texted back stating she didn’t call either of us lately

Have received this call twice. First time I answered because it was from an 800#. It was an automated menu that asked for ATT account & pin. I put in 0s. Then it said hold for customer service but after several moments said no agent was available and it would call me back. Received second call today. Voicemail said my ATT account was suspended and needed to be verified. I don’t have an ATT account.

“Att rep” called and said my service was going to be offline overnight and I would be credited $120 for the hassle. Then asked for confirmation numbers texted to my phone. I fell for it like a fool and the charged $300 to my att account. Idk how they got my account information but they knew everything in it! I didn’t tell them anything except the text confirm numbers.
