Scam Call! Identifying themselves as MY utility svcs provider! I called my provider, they confirmed that they are not calling customers, based on their payment, not running any phone survey type calling.

The Mechanical voice says, like; "Hello, this is Nat'L Grid. Thanking you for paying your bill on time. You qualify for an additional benefit. Stay on the line or press 2 to request removal from our additional benefits program." I have done both. Pressing 2, puts you on hold, never speaking to anyone; staying on the line, gets you silence, then a loud tone like a busy signal, only louder, then nothing. Also, called this #, got a "We're sorry your call cannot be completed..." because it's obviously an outgoing call-relay line.
