I looked up the number and then called Target because I have a 0 balance on my account, they told me that no one call from there company called. Scam or not I don’t know however I strongly recommend for people not to give out their information to anyone that says that they’re calling from target.

Never will a credit card co/store ask for your credit card number! My card has been paid off & has a $0 balance so the opening statement from a foreign/African sounding lady that Target wants to make a payment plan for me is hilarious. Then when she asked for my card #, I let loose w/ a stream of expletives & hung up on this PoS. Called Target & they said that this phone numbers is NOT affiliated w/ them. If this # calls you; hang up.
