I am only 5 days late with my payment but already they are trying desperately to find a way around my call blocking apps. I just got hit with 6 robocall redials within one minute. What's the point of such intense harassment? I only get paid biweekly and they can wait just like everyone else!

I looked up the number and then called Target because I have a 0 balance on my account, they told me that no one call from there company called. Scam or not I don’t know however I strongly recommend for people not to give out their information to anyone that says that they’re calling from target.
