Left voicemail, voicemail is a recording that states if you don't call back, "You will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment." Definitely a scare tactic scam.

IRS Penalty Scam (Robocall) reported by


Recording states: Tax filing notice which will expire in 24 hours. Call back or you will be taken into custody within 24 hours by the cops due to 4 serious allegations against your name. Recording requests call back to 607-595-0143. I received a call from this number twice in past hour and blocked this number from calling me going forward. Incidentally, the recording uses bad grammar and misses entire words any knowledgeable English as a first language person would easily recognize.

Received call from this number. They left message stating there are four serious allegations “pressed” on my name at this moment. Wanted me to get back to them to discuss this before taking legal action. Number comes up on my cell as Binghamton, NY. I blocked future calls.
