Indicated was a call regarding tax issues and that there were charges against me and I would be arrested by local police if I did not call them back to resolve within 24 hours.

This phone number is through a VoIP server caller YMax Communications. Those of you, who use MagicJack will note the familiar YMax name. We have already sent out for an IP Address request when the service is connected again to the internet and the party continues to run their computer program to make their unattended "robo-calls." You may see Binghamton, New York in your searches, but we know the calls may be from out of the country and once confirmed, the court may have sufficient information to serve process orders to the U.S. based servers. What YOU can do now (in the mean time) is list your calls with as much detail as possible where ever and whatever website you click on. This may help those people who are NOT currently fully informed on the scam being attempted on them. Remember, the IRS never calls you for money or sends the local police to your door. The IRS does call sometimes (if you put your phone number on your tax forms) to request an interview for you to come to their office in a Federal Building and actually specifies what the issue is (generally a questionable deduction that you may be claiming is legitimate) at the time of the interview - never over the phone. HINT: If you take the "Standard Deduction" without itemizing your tax returns, the IRS generally doesn't bother you. To ease your concerns about the IRS calling you with threats of impending doom, try searching on "YouTube" for IRS Scams. There are what seems to be an endless list of what others are doing to "PLAY" with the fake IRS callers, and some are quite entertaining. But I would suggest avoiding the urge to do the same as what they're doing if you don't want IRS scammers to continue bothering you while you are enjoying your other activities, including having dinner, or glued to whats happening on a movie you're watching, or sound asleep at night. The time difference between you and the originating caller may be as different as night & day (such as from the other side of the planet).
