The caller stated I had a civil suit. I told them I do not. I don't have any bills in collection. If I actually had a civil suit I would have been served and not received a phone call. She hung up. This is a scam. Do not give them any money or bank information.

In the past I have been so angry with these nuisance calls that I have repeatedly returned their calls up to 500 times in 4 hours. This really irritates them, and is not so hard to do, for it does not really require your full attention: you simply must repeat the call again and again and again. I do not speak often, merely let them hang on the line muttering "Hello, hello, Hello?......." for as long as the will. Then I do feel the need to tell them to remove my name from their contact list once in a while, for if it has not occurred to them to do that to remove ME as a nuisance, I most certainly want that to be an option open to them. Try it. It can be quite satisfying to be yelled at and hung up on repeatedly for you then know you are at least getting their attention and that they do not like it.
