I had just spent over an hour on the phone with the health insurance company Allwell/Az Complete Health, which is not in Massachusetts. Minutes later, It was a Massachusetts based number, mentioned on my phone when the call came in, shortly after I had the long call with the insurance company. Who is CTC a communications? Are they scammers? There was no reason for a callback, and especially not from Massachusetts. Robocall asked me for my date of birth, which I refused to give out. And said, This is an inappropriate phone call, and then I hung up.
