Collection Company “CSS OFFICES” is Caller-ID (Debt collector) reported by 166.198.251.xxx
978-444-5700 is a COLLECTIONS COMPANY NAMED CSS OFFICESon my CALLER-ID. They call as frequently as 10x PER DAY, with a LOOOOONG PAUSE when you answer, followed by a ROBOT VOICE asking you to “VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION” (a very DECEPTIVE WAY TO LEARN MORE OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION TO USE AGAINST YOU OR SELL TO ANY OTHER CREDIT REPORTING COMPANY!!!). Then a human will join the call and AGGRESSIVELY DEMAND YOU PAY THEM MONEY FOR A “DEBT YOU OWE, ON A RECORDED LINE.” If you ASK THEM ANY QUESTIONS LIKE WHOM THEY THINK YOU OWE MONEY TO, OR THE DATE OF THE EVENT, THEY REFUSE TO TELL YOU ANYTHING UNLESS YOU PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS, ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES, MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME, etc, etc, etc; which they not only use to identify you, BUT WILL SHARE OR SELL THIS INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER COLLECTION OR CREDIT COMPANY, TO USE AGAINST YOU!!!! The best thing you can do is BLOCK THE NUMBER FROM YOUR PHONES, as you research to determine if you actually owe someone, OR IF THIS IS JUST A SCAM!! They will CONTINUE TO CALL YOU CONSTANTLY, but who cares, since you BLOCKED THEIR PHONE NUMBER! DO NOT TALK TO CSS OFFICES, 978-444-5700 !

“CCS OFFICES” is a DEBT COLLECTOR who calls between FOUR TO TEN TIMES A DAY!?!?! Rarely does a human end up on the call and THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF WHY THEY CALL, UNLESS YOU “VERIFY” YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION?!?!? If they don’t know who their calling, DO NOT DIVULGE ANYTHING TO THEM!!!!! EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS BEING RECORDED and giving them ALL INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION and could be used to STEAL YOUR IDENTITY OR FURTHER DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION, HISTORY or REPORT!!!!
