Said was from Cigna Medicare identified by Caller ID but... (Robocall) reported by Gary Y.
Caller ID can be falsified so when the personal security type questions started I hungup!

Important prescription info to discuss & proceeded to verify that the robot was talking to me. Sd call might be monitored. When it got to verify your date of birth, I hung up, called Cigna & found out that it wasn't from them. It showed as potential spam. I'm blocking the number. Be aware of the nut cases who are enterprising from all of this confusion & mess that we are all in right now.

Claimed to be Cigna and had information about my prescriptions, asked me if I was ___ ___. I replied yes. Then asked for my date of birth. Cigna already has that information so I hung up. This was probably a marketing call.

I verified that this is Robot call from Cigna, by calling the number of their Customer service from the back of my prescription card. They were trying to help some prescription issues but they were calling from this number that I don't know, and left a number for me to call back( another number that I can't verify, of course I won't call this number). I think they should give me a number, either is on the back of my insurance card, or can be easily verified online.
In this world full of scam. We should
1) Never give out any information when receiving a call, even it seems to be legit( crooks can spoof the number)
2) Get a call back number that is verifiable.

Asking for information they have on their computer. They ask me to bring the medicine bottle of a medication, made me suspicious.

Received a phone call claiming it was Cigna to discuss my prescriptions. Cigna is my Medicare prescription provider, so at first I didn’t suspect too much. I thought they were going to nag me about getting prescriptions by mail again. I finally realized it was a spam call after they were digging for all of my personal information including my date of birth and year. Why can’t this phone companies figure out a way to stop this crap?

robo call from a non-signa number, leaving a message to call another 1-888 number that is not on cigna's list of numbers either. attempting to call from another line so they wouldn't trace my cell phone's response, it turns out they're trying to enroll people into a medical alert device asking for personal information before even attempting to identify themselves.
