started asking me for private information. I told them they have called our office 4 times a day for the last 2 weeks and keeping hanging up. Said they would place us on their do not call list. We shall see.

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 9782379xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
