Stated that they were a bill collector. I requested information in writing with an explanation of what was due to the creditor. It was not for a bill that belongs to me. The lady was very rude. Real sketchy on details, so I requested info in writing. I have yet to receive anything from them other than more calls. I will no longer answer this number.
