My Kids use to go to a dental office near me called the Smile Center. I looked up Jefferson Dental today & the same building shows up on Maps in my city. The previous company had referred one of my sons to a different dental place, which i became extremely happy with. I decided id take both my kids to the new place for the next appointment. Well Jefferson (The company that took over the smile center) had us scheduled a couple months after. I had signed up for their msg alerts. I got a text asking to confirm yes or no for their appointment next month & I replied no. Day of appointment with Jefferson they call me 30 minutes before appointment asking to confirm we are coming in a voicemail (no dental/doctor ive been to calls 30 before to confirm. A day before, yes). I called them back immediately to inform them i had replied to their txt the month previous saying no we would not be going (which she said they didnt receive it even though it replied back asking me to reschedule to a day that fits, still have the txts for proof) I told her my kids got referred else where & I was happy with them. Lady seemed apologetic & happy to update their file & would cancel the appointment for us. Yet another person called like 20 minutes after & I answered thinking maybe they forgot something. I informed her I had just talked to one of their staff & cleared that up. I have a feeling that the number that they use for their place here goes to a call center. I feel like whoever I spoke to who "updated" the information just said it to say it. Yet they still keep calling & I ignore it at this point. The first few voicemails left, the lady says the company name so fast I couldnt understand what she was saying. It was today that she talked slightly slower and I could barely make out Jefferson & my sons name & looked up the number with Jefferson & ran across this page. Hope this information helps. Whoever is running their call center and information seems like a mess.
