Got a call from "Rory Christopher" looking for a "relative" - which actually was an ex-husband from 30 years ago!!!! They did not even pronounce his name correctly. Blocked the number. I mean, really??? Collection Agency's are pretty low.

Got calls from 972-537-3109, didn’t answer, they left voicemails. 2 calls in the AM, 1 day apart, 2 different people. They asked to “please call back Today”, and “they’d be there to assist me” (?) and referenced someone I knew 20yrs ago. No high level details, No name of the company, No explanation, but offered call back numbers of 888-371-6654 x1181581 877-341-7556 x1181157 Yeeeaah, no thanks.

I have had 3 calls total from this number in the last few months and I never talked to anyone but they leave a message and a call back number which is a 888 number and a extension number. I dont answer these calls because I dont know them.

Most of the calls I get these days are spam. After reading other comments, I concur that this is not a reputable company. Left a message looking for 2 people I don't know requesting a call back. Not calling back. Ridiculous that they asked another person for account and/or personal information. BIG FLAG.

Called me, by name, in ref to a couple I don't know. Left voice mail. Tried to call back to tell them I don't know these people, Using the phone number and extension left on my voice mail (different number from my call ID) My call was directed to a heavily accented representative who said he couldn't help me unless I gave my account number or SSN. Did not give SSN! Will not call again. Felt like a phishing scam.

This number has called me multiple times per week looking for someone else. I have called the number back and instructed them that I am not the person they are looking for nor do I know the person they are looking for, but still receive calls. I have called and spoke to a "supposed" supervisor and asked for my number to be taken out of their system due to not having any business with them. Still recieve calls. At this point I am keeping a log of phone calls and will be attaining legal assistance.

They keep calling me about an account that I don't have and never have had, and insisting that I call them to resolve a matter that doesn't apply to me. Mistaken identity, confusing me w/one of my fmr. in-laws.
