I received these phone calls from when I believed to be Arabic telemarketers trying to sell some service or Goods they are persistent annoying harassing they hung up on me 3 times when I proceeded to tell them take me off their list they need to be prosecuted or suit in class action this needs to be taken up to a higher level

The guy literally answers hello? Nothing professional. He refuses to tell you why he's calling in when you ask who they are or why they are calling, he hangs up. Every single time. I have asked not to be called and yet I continue to get the calls. Finally called back many times over and he was rude, kept hanging up, and refused to answer who they were.
