She claimed to be with Cheimcal Safety Board. Very vague, rude and demanding. Trying to get the name of the "plant manager" then said she would mark us as non-compliant and we would get a $7200 fine. I reported the number to the CSB and they confirmed it was a scam.

Rude and demanding. Insisted on speaking to the Quality Control Supervisor and demanding their name. Tried to sound very official even calling themselves an agent. We have caller ID and it didn't match what they were calling themselvses. I hung up. They called back immediately.

The lady was demanding to know information about our company and individuals in different positions. Claimed that I had to give her the information by federal law since she was from the Environmental Protection Agency....I offered to give her my email address so that she could make a formal request for information at which point she hung up. When I returned the call an answering system claiming to be enviro pro prodcuts. I spoke to the customer service manager who said that my company would be added to their do not call list that that they do not condone such solicitation and that they would check into it.

Called and asked for the president, when I told her he wasn't available, she demanded his cell phone. Told me she needed to talk to him regarding our "walk through". I asked for her number, she said, "Oh, he already has it." The completely stupid part is that if she weren't a junk call, she would have gone through the directory and gotten him directly. Total scam.

This lady calls several times a day, not asking to speak with an employee by name, but by title. Asking what the name of the person with that title would be. Information such as that is not given freely.
