Accused me of hitting his car and leaving a note behind with my phone number on it. I tried politely to inform him that he was confused and after a few minutes I simply hung up.

The voice (Not sure if it was a person or a recording) had a husky voice and a Northern (Maybe NY/NJ) accent. Sounded like an older lady with smokers voice. Said this: "I can't stop thinking about you, I have a secret crush on you, I have been watching you. Then proceeded to describe me and added "you're walk is kind of manly but we can work on that" And ended saying "I'll see you tomorrow." Very freaky and unsettling. Hopefully this helps someone
