Seems to have spoofed the number of an actual Apple Store in Minneapolis. Regardless, I have never owned, nor will ever own, an Apple product. Ergo, the claim of the broken recording that my Apple device was compromised is an obvious scam.

I use an old "flip phone" and I have it set not to ring if it's not a # in my contact list. The only Apple product I have is a Mac Book. The same voicemail keeps telling me my iPod and iCloud account has been compromised and I shouldn't use my Apple products until I talked to them. I traced the 2 phone numbers that the calls came from- 717-295-8800 an Apple Store in Lancaster PA, called 8 times yesterday 11-23 and the other phone number 952-229-5630 has called 6 times today 11-24 (it's only noon right now) that call comes from an Apple Store in the Mall of America in MN. The various Apple forums online tells people complaining about this to not answer and report as spam. Apple says It's "under investigation".

She said my iCloud acct had been 'compromised, press 1 to speak to a representative and when I pressed 1 the call hung up. I decided to call the number back and actually talked to a human and she said that APPLE is aware of this SPOOFING that is happening from scammers and they're trying to rectify the situation. I get calls from this number 1-952-229-5630 Apple Store, MN several times a day on my landline!

She said my iCloud acct had been 'compromised' - she asked if I had any Apple products and I said I owned an Apple phone - then she said I needed a stronger connection to her. I told her I had an iPad but she said that wasn’t strong enough. I told her I would get to a computer and call her back and asked for the number. She said to call 'this number back' which I thought was fishy if she didn’t know what the number was. I hung up the phone and tried to find a number for Apple Care but decided to try to trace the number first.
