This number is a group of aggressive telemarketers that call up to 10 times per day no matter what you say to them. They attempt to gather your financial and personal information for unknown reasons, but claim to help with getting a mortgage. If you ask them to stop calling they will curse at you and tell you that you are stupid and ignorant. They use many different phone numbers including 858 899 9999.

Hmm, even the Caller ID doesn't say some info, does someone know who is this? Have got a missed call from this one, don't wanna call back since I do not know the number... And as it seems also someone else was looking for the same number - people did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?
