I have been fielding these calls for my wife for the past 10 years, always threatening to come to work. The funny part, is Florida Statute of limitations is 5 years. AND, if this was a legitimate debt, wouldn't it be on her credit report? SCAMMERS.

Threatened me then said "learn how to pay your bills" hung up on me all because I asked for a written statement. Then I calle bAck and she answered saying if I call back shes filing a harrassment with a county and address I no longer reside. Then hung up on me again.

They are calling me about a Bally Total Fitness account I had probably more than 15 or 20 years ago. They were rude. They told me it was a credit card, of which I never had. I had a GYM membership, that I took care of WAY BACK THEN. They are out of the statute of limitations for collecting this alleged debt. My GOD, where do they get these people and how the hell did they get my husband's number to call and harass him at work? I won't be bullied into something from 20 years ago...that I do NOT even posses. All this over a "gym membership" that I didn't want, but cancelled and paid a penalty...20 dang years ago! And I NEVER had a Bally's credit card...EVER.

They have called twice in two days, once a woman and once a man. If I don't recognize a number I don't answer it. So after the first voice mail threatening me with legal action and whatever I blocked the number. It goes straight to voicemail now. 574-347-8168 is the number that shows up on caller i.d. and the 937 # is the callback #

This number was left as a callback number to "rectify this matter". They also left a reference number TBT1821. They are threatening to contact my human resources manager to deliver paperwork. Anyone else getting this?

Same here they have called me many times only leaving vm not staying company name or who they are calling for? Also they threaten to show up at my home and place of work with some court order?? Have no idea what this is. I have tried calling back but only a recorded message answers with no info regarding anything and voice box is full so can't leave any message. Another number they call from is 813-328-xxxx.

They left a message on my phone threatening me with coming to home and/or job to collect a debt or serve something against me.

Same thing here. They said a fax order was received for a complaint filed against me and documents would be delivered to my home or place of employment. Last time I contacted them about six months ago it was for a debt 14 years old that is past the statute of limitations. They are just trying to scare people to give them money on non-collectible debts. Just block there number and ignore them, eventually they will go away.
