This guy's voice was so flat and monotone that I thought it was a robocall. Asked for Tom; I answered with my business name and location. He apologized and said he would "update his records". Hope that ends the calls.

This number appears to be a local cell phone call--so I unfortunately answered because my business relies on incoming phone calls from clients--including unknown new ones. For several years now, someone has called me from various numbers but always asks for "Sandra" and I don't know if it is a real person or a recording--but my suspicion is that the SANDRA request is just an "in" to start a conversation with the intention of misleading sales.
