one thinks legal assistance. no I did not sign for premium. others are Correct. the chat is not human. then receive email cannot help though stated it was landlord problem called my bank 1$ 48$ and 59$ called. told them not interested customer agent had accent. barely understood. told her I only saw a free chat for 1$. I did not join luckily I checked the web reviews stay away. better off with legal aide ! I had not signed up yet. again web showed a free one dollar trial to rakj to artificial intelligence

Tried to contact Amazon Prime, was shot to Just Answer so though it was affiliated with Prime, had to sign up for an answer to my question of what was Prime's CS#, to find it's some sort of computer repair service. Rude tech with unpronounceable name gave me ****'s rush, American tech was helpful, both sent form for access to my computer which wasn't necessary, finally got phone # I needed from American tech, called to cancel and first CSR and I couldn't understand each other, second was better and was able, hopefully, to cancel. What an ordeal! Surely Amazon Prime isn't associated with these people! Been getting calls from the above number since, no message left except for breathing and noise. Nuisance.

I couldn't access my blood test results, because of a problem with the test lab's website, and called to see what was wrong. The "Chat" turned out to be an Artificial Intelligence "Expert System," which misunderstood my problem, and connected me with"JustAnswer," a service providing answers to an array of questions, from plumbing to medical, to locating customer service phone numbers, and driving directions, with unlimited calls for $46 per month. Generally, the answers are useful, but since it is composed entirely of Expert Systems, with no humans involved, their computer wasn't sophisticated enough to answer my question. Just like Siri, they have a large database to access, but you can't go two questions deep. Once you start to clarify something, or explain why their answer didn't work, the system reboots, and answers as if it had never corresponded with you or about the problem you had called about. So I began giving each "expert" the "Turing Test," and they all failed miserably. I gave the same test to Siri, and while she didn't pass, at least she didn't claim to be a human. JustAnswer, on the other hand, shows you photos of their experts and gives them names. As there aren't any such humans on call to them, this is a fraudulent misrepresentation of the $46 service which they offer. They should go to prison for grand fraud, but I doubt that a prosecuting attorney would be able to put together a strong enough case. Happily, I found a phone number that connected me with the humans in their billing department, and one of them refunded my money and immediately sent me a confirming email. When the lock-down is over, if I have $46 per month to spare, I might try them as a more thorough and sophisticated version of Siri.

Called about a matter that I'd already talked to the Company & my Bank about on my cell phone. I had already gotten a refund issued that will remove the charge from my bank in 3-5 days! Had a real hard time understanding them!
