This is a robo call pushing a fraudulent extended auto warranty plan. A very threatening voice warns you that if you do not take them up on their offer, they're going to close the books on you, and you'll never have the opportunity to buy from them again. That would be WONDERFUL, but they won't stop calling you, and they spoof countless phone numbers.
