Hung up and called back kept getting the same message "Press 1 to be connected to this Premier agent" call then rings through to a Voicemail for someone named Lisa asking me to leave a message. Likely a scam of some kind or bill collector which is odd because I don't have any debts in collection

VolksWagon loan default (Debt collector) reported by


I received a call on my cell while I was driving. I answered by accident because it said "unknown". The man said he could hear me. I didn't respond. He then said I haven't paid my VW loan in 90 days and my account would be closed. I do have a VW credit account but it is in good standing and I'm puzzled he knew I even had a VW loan in place. I contacted VW Credit and verified my account is in good standing without issue. I'm not sure what that guy from this phone number was trying to pull. Maybe get me to pay over the phone? Total SPAM and irritating nuisance.

Wouldn't tell me company she represented - just "warranty dept." for my 2016 Equus car - wanted to sell me extended warranty! very rude when I demanded the name of her company, then hung up on me!

I tried calling back and at first it was busy, then stated that they were closed. I am going to start just not answering the phone unless I recognize the number, which stinks because I have legitimate calls coming other numbers.

Asked for spouse. Would not speak to me. Told her not to call again and we weren't interested. When I hung up, she called back and was very hostile and rude. When I advised I was co owner of the car and not to call again, she hung up.
