"Stephanie" (heavily accenented) demanded I ID myself (she knew my name, though I do NOT give out my number). She would not answer my questions, just launched into a sales spiel. When I asked for a supervisor she hung up on me. I called back, got hung up on by someone who just panted into the phone. Called back again got "Stephanie" again and immediately requested a sup. Without even bothering to mute the line, she asked someone nearby if they could pretend to be a supervisor. "King" identified himself as a floor manager.
