I keep getting calls from this number. I never answer and they leave no messages so I decided to search them in Facebook by phone number and found like 4 public posts from people in my area who said they call and say "can you hear me?" One comment said they record you saying yes and use it to get permission to get your information. I'm not sure if that's correct or not but I'm not chancing it, and one commenter said they immediately called it back and it said the number was disconnected. Do not answer calls from this number sounds like they are trouble.
