Scam auto warranty spoofed # via computer (Scam call) reported by


A scam claims your auto warranty is expiring & will disconnect call if you push for # removal or ask for operator. They are using a computer to make calls & spoof from. Eventually they will just give your # to another scamming gig. Best thing to do is actually waste their time over & over until they realize you're onto them and will waste their time for fun. Then they will stop using your # because it costs them time with no profit to even move on to a possible easy mark. So just waste their time and enjoy yourself with a smile.

Claimed to be from 'Premier Protection Group' selling extended auto warranty. Poor English speaker claimed to be in Miami and wanted personal info. Have rec'd same calls with many different (probably spoofed) CallerID numbers.

Also, rec'd many many calls over weeks where it hung up or didn't respond to input before I actually spoke with someone.

DNC list is not honored because they're not in the US. They're offshore and spoofing US CallerID numbers.
