“Kevin” sounds like an Asian man who is interested in purchasing a home from a seller who he believes is me. He is not sure if he has reached the right person. He sounds like he is legitimately looking to connect with the seller of this “home.” I did not return his call. After reading comments from others, I believe that he is just trying to find someone who is willing to sell property. It’s strange and not trustworthy.

Kevin is a true bottom level scavenger buyer and his voicemail should be a huge red flag...He is truly calling hundreds & thousands of people hoping one or two folks will bite on his offer to buy your house. He will offer you a very low low price and looking for desperate people who want to sell their house at 50-70%+ off. He is your typical scum level bottom feeder...**WATCH OUT!!!**
