I placed a call to Verizon Wireless and had my questions answered by a customer service representative. Almost immediately afterwards I began receiving rapid session automated "cold calls" from an unidentified caller. It turned out to be Verizon attempting to obtain a survey (without prior consent) based on the service I had received. Problem - - if calls go unanswered, there should not be several additional calls attempting to obtain a survey that one obviously doesn't care to give. Extremely Worrisome and Altogether Thoughtless!

It was a very helpful young lady, who was calling me back to help with my tablet. Shouldianswer blocked her. This was a Verizon wireless tech support. The survey is to check up on the tech support group.
