A lady called and said something about a rent to own home, and she was so quiet and unclear that I could barely hear her. When I asked which address she was calling about, she used my first name in a creepy way but did not answer my question. When I asked again, she said, "Oh my God"... as if she was so annoyed that I didn't understand whatever scam she was pushing. Now I'm getting texts from this number. This company doesn't hire the sharpest people or the most moral, but what can we expect from a scam operation?

This guy was super polite, even when I openly talked about how sketchy the call was. I followed through with him, and he only asked me to confirm information that he proved he already knew. Even though it was really sketchy at first, he ended up upgrading my internet speed and lowered my cost! Xfinity, y'all need to get less sketchy ways of doing this, but thank you for it!

The person Said he wanted to review the details of my new service. He hung up on me when he realized he was getting zero information out of me. The only reason I answered was because there was the possibility of me wanting this call from someone else in that area. Besides it's Sunday afternoon, no legit business is going to call unless it was prearranged. Come on guys, I'll never be that stoned to get taken by a phone hustlers.

Obvious scam in my opinion. They told me I can upgrade my Xfinity plan for free even though Xfinity already offered that to me when I signed up on their website when I was signing up. If you give them your account, they would probably use it to get your card info and take money from it.

This person had my name and told me how long I have been with comcast. Tried to get me to upgrade my service. The call was from a local area code. The person began to ask for my phone number. I told him I don't recognize the number and would not be giving out any private information. He was polite and said to call Xfinity if I would like to upgrade. Something still felt off about the call.

Called by this number 3 times this week (Thanksgiving 2019). Appeared to be a call from Verizon. Call-back got to Verizon, but recorded message said that they did not recognize this number. Identity spoof. Blocked the number. One of the far ranging consequences of these activities could be that a spoofed number can never by issued, since just about everyone will be blocking it. :)
