This scam wants to settle with you over the phone with a credit card for a debt you don't have. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION. They are phishing for information to use against you. Once they have your information they will use it fraudulently.

URS Collections - liars scammers (Scam call) reported by


Have called in the past and I've answered, trying to get personal information and scare me into thinking they're going to serve me papers on an old pay-day loan. Don't/didn't have one, and told them to go ahead and find me. Would NOT give personal information & the scammer got mad and started yelling. All I can do is laugh.

I got a pretty long voicemail from this number from Allbright and Associates. They state they have a client that has a pending case against me and they want my name and social security number( no one is getting my social ..period). They also say if they do not hear from me they will come to my place of employment (totally illegal) and get my information from me there and "serve me". They don't tell me what the "case" is about or what kind of company they are. They do ramble off a case number quickly and never repeat it. He goes on to say that they will contact the local police and have them obtain the information they are looking for also(again illegal and the police will never do that). What I suspect they are is scammers and liars. Trying to get your personal information to get money and fake credit cards in your name etc....TELL THEM NOTHING....GIVE THEM NOTHING...They cannot legally do ANY of the things they say they will do. I BLOCKED THIS NUMBER!!
