My son has an account and Im not on it and this bank as went as far as taking money out of my bank account and I had to go throught a bunch of crap to get it back because my found that I didnt owe comenty bank money now they call me all the time for no reason

This is the collection division for Comenity Bank. They are account providers for several stores like Lane Bryant. Its a real call and they are just trying to talk to you about your account. They leave a different call back number because they are giving you their official number to the collection branch that they are in. Call them back at the 800 number they gave you and make arrangements to pay your bill.

called and left me a message saying it was an "urgent business matter" did not say about what and if i dont call back I am letting them proceed to escalation. Also gave a different number to call back.

Claims to be a representative name Christopher of comenity bank and needs a call back from the person they are looking for or their legal representing attorney and claims to be an urgent situation. phone number says Kansas city on caller id and also this number has called several times looking for a random name and has left several voicemails. other websites also have many complaints about this same number. They asked to call a number 855-585-8851... This is ridiculous and I'm so tired of receiving phone calls from them. Do not answer if they call or call this number back. sounds like scammers!!!
