This is the second time these NC Prank Scammers have called me at 5:06pm during the five o'clock traffic this evening. I answered and said "Hello" two times, then they hung up so quick without saying anything. This has got to stop because it is getting on my dog gone nerves and it's very aggravating. I wish these scammers would grow up and get a real instead of messing with the wrong people like me.
