Live caller asking for my wife by name. I believe she said her name was Shannon. She mispronounced name twice, before getting it right. Spoke very fast. Left unintelligible name of the institution? sounding like "survey" and ending with "hospital." Left instructions to call back and reference a certain 8 digit number.

When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. This number has called a few times today alone!! I answered twice and all I heard was a woman speaking a language other than English in the background, someone breathing heavy like they just ran up a few flights of stairs and then after me saying "Hello" and "who is this" a few times they hung up on me. I tried to call the number back but I keep getting "this number you are calling is no longer in service" message.
