They call and leave a message saying if you don't want to continue to get charged you need to call back and cancel. You call the number and they answer "Cancellations." Some moron states that I have been paying for the last 2 years and they have been out of business so they're calling customers to give refunds. I asked what credit card I have with them that is supposedly getting charged, and they say please don't mention any credit card or debit card, we don't want your information we just want to give you your money back. Well, cool, then they will ask you if you really want to cancel. Supposedly they will send me a link to connect to, and access my computer from there, so I can agree to their cancellation and send me back my refund. I'm guessing by then they will ask for the bank account they will use to send my refund, and empty my account. Smart, but not so smart. I said if you're already out of business, and I don't cancel, what services do you still continue to charge me for?

Voicemail said: There will be an auto deduction of $299, if you do not want charges to your account, please call us to cancel your subscription. Our toll free number is 904-267-1141. I did not subscribe to anything, nor have I bought a computer within the last 10 years. Called number back. Three times spoke with different individuals that did not provide their company name and stated they worked with over 500 computer providers. Apparently some type of Windows subscription for my laptop. I asked person if they had my account info then cancel everything and stop calling me. Person could not even verify who I was. If I had subscribed, he should have access to my account and basic info. SPAM. Ignore. Blocked this number.

They wanted me to grant access to my computer to enable a refund of a subscription service that doesn't exist. When I refused after stringing them along for a bit they began screaming and cursing at me.
