They have called me 4x in 2 days. No idea who or what they want. Good thing I have scam blocker. I was just curious who might be calling but as it seems they just want to waste time on us.

It appears to be TruGreen. I submitted a quote request through their website for mosquito control at almost 4:00 on a Saturday. They're online quotes generator gives you the pricing immediately and you can proceed to purchase or not. I was not ready to purchase so I did not do anything. Almost immediately after submitting the quote I received a phone call that came across as Alamo Jacksonville. I do get scam calls and solicitors from time to time so I clicked hang up and went about my way. They have called three more times since then in an hour and 22 minutes. If I had to guess I would say they have outsourced there lead program and have no idea how often they are calling potential clients. I have done business with TruGreen in the past and yes their services work but I do not like the harassment when I simply requested a quote and got automated pricing online. I now have that pricing do not call me 4 plus times in a day! Particularly on the Saturday before easter. Assume that I'm spending time with my family and leave me alone especially when I've hung up on you every single time!

police Christmas fund for low income children (Non-profit Organization) reported by


wanted my debit card over the phone but I wouldn't give it to him. instead, he said he'd send me an envelope for the donation. had set amounts they wanted when I told him I could only afford 10.00 he said never mind. 10.00 is better than no dollars. I'm not sending anything because I don't' think the police solcatate over the phone. I also blocked his number.

Claim to be raising $$ for police, but are scam nonprofit. Multiple complaints pending with state AGs, and other agencies. Their atty disputing many DNC (valid) complaints- never put on their own DNC list after being advised as such from Dept of Agr & Consumer for contacting DNC listees. One of the worst type scams

This number called a business phone twice in 5 minutes. Neither time was a voice mail left, I work for an incoming call center type department. I am not designated to receive any calls however. I do specialized non-phone work. Knew not to answer as not expected, nor was it an internal extension.

A guy called asking me to donate to a fundraiser for a children's camp that is supported by the community. Thanked me for past donations, but I've never donated to them before. Insisted on giving a donation via credit/debit card.
