facebook scam (Scam call) reported by


employee trying to correct facebook problem found number online and allowed them access to computer. They hacked the computer saying fixing facebook problem. Then wanted 2 itune cars for 16 digit security code which is when I found out and disconnected. Tried to do a system restore for prior day and was locked out and locked out from many other ways to eliminate them. I finally did a safe boot and did a total refresh which removed their hacking. BEWARE

They asked me to buy an iTunes card worth $50 to fix the problem and it will be refunded back but they never returned the calls back and when I call it says the the person I'm trying to reach is not available this is a scam do not fall for this number

My account was hacked and first, i was confused should I trust them or not but somehow I went ahead and talked to one of the agent from Facebook They helped me with my account, gave me the new password as well They have been a great help to me Thanks.

Never allow anyone Online communicate with U on your home computer. We now have a Virus, crashed computer, Lost All Files. Had to take it in to BeatBuy at a cost of $160 and it will take them 5 days. I wanted to check to make sure I had t been infected by an Email warning me not to accept a friend request from ----. I called this company back after My Computer Crashed the same day after talking to them & they hung up on me, refusing to take any responsibility. What an Insult! And We Have NEVER before this crash have we Ever had a problem with our Computer. BEWARE

I'm pretty sure BeckyJane got in touch with some wrong folks and is somehow blaming these hard working helpful agents.I Had computer as well they didn't do anything its working fine. You cannot blame anyone from someone else's action
