That looks like fraudulent call - to me. I picked up the phone and she (human) requested me to make additional payment on medical test done SEVERAL years ago. She said, that they tried to contact me many times, but I provided a wrong mailing address. I said that they had all my contact info at the time when I checked in that medical office, and I’m NOT going to pay. She said “OK, have a good day”. It looks like they had info about my medical tests though...

"We are calling regarding an important time sensitive personal matter your reference number is xxxxx please reutrn our call we are here to assist you Monday-Friday 8am - 8 pm central time. Thank you" never left a company name or any clue as to the personal time sensitive matter. Did not leave a message when called a second time.
