they called from a 469 area code which is my area code they then said that the were going to garnish my check due to a loan and to call the number i did and they gave me the run around so i hung up

Craig said he had legal docs to deliver. He said he would deliver them to my house or work and if I needed to reschedule I could call the number and then proceeded to leave a docket number. Total liars.

Got a call from RESTRICTED. Normally don't answer but I did. It was a lady asking for "Bob" saying she needed to serve papers (a notice of intent). She gave an address (that is old) and said we should have receieved a letter in the mail regarding this and she would be delivering the letter between 12-1pm and asked if "Bob" would be home. I said no and she provided this number to call back along with a reference #. She said she didn't want "Bob" to miss the court date. Such a scam!!!

They was trying to serve me papers. They called me and left a message that they will be serving me between 12 and 2pm. They said to make sure I answer the door.
