I received a call from these people offering otc meds at no cost to me & that my insurance company would cover then. I felt uncomfortable at the end of the call when the person was asking for numbers that were at the bottom/back of my insurance card. At the end of the call I called my insurance company help line. They looked into it & stated they had no service like this & that they doubted HEB would do this either. My insurance & HEB pharmacy would identify themself at the beginning of the call if they had of called me. I called the 888 number & told them to cancel this & erase my information off of their system. They kept trying to get me to go for the free meds.

I also was offered otc drugs at no cost. They even have me a doctors name who would write the prescription. I called the number back and it played music for ten minutes and then a busy signal. My insurance company and pharmacy called the number and got the same thing. The doctors name they gave me is in family practice in Tallmadge Ohio

If my insurance really offered to pay for all my OTC meds I'm sure I would know about it. In this and age there is no way I would give any information to a spam call like this. Has to be a scam but I'm not going to find out the hard way!

They said I would get free non-prescription meds. They had all of my info and claimed my insurance covers it, but I never received anything from them. This is the number they gave me and it is unable to be called. I didn’t give them any info or money, and I didn’t receive anything from them.

This company is a scam that calls numerous times a day, from numbers that are registered across the country. After the 28th call, I was finally able to gather that they are allegedly "The Pharmacy Network" on behalf of my "private PPO medical insurance". Spoke with BOTH my insurance provider and The Pharmacy Network as I do not have a PPO and have no signed up for TPN -- they both have confirmed that this company was not hired on behalf of my insurance carrier and TPN said they don't take outgoing calls to non-members. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
