$500 Subscription refund (Scam call) reported by


Robot voice informs you that you have a $499 subscription that is going to renew unless you call into cancel. If you call in they will reimburse you for the previous $499 subscription. Just need your credit card/debit card/bank account info and they will gladly process it for you. Scam all over it. Calling the number back gives you a "Disconnected line" notification.

Justin called me stating there was $400.00 to be reimbursed to me for a subscription I purchased (Not true) that they needed to reimburse me for. He spoke very broken English and was hard to understand. He instructed me to go to Anydesk.com and download it so my 9-digit account number could be accessed remotely. I informed him that I would not give a stranger remote access to my computer. He argued with me about access saying I was the only that could access it. Not according to the web site. I finally hung up since arguing was getting me nowhere.

They left message about refunding money for services paid but the can’t give the name of service. All they want is for you to load team viewer or any desk software to connect. I played with these guys for over an hour just playing stupid when asked why can’t they refund my card I paid with I was told they have one account for deposits and another for withdrawal.. DO NOT load any software but screw with them anyway possible.

Call said an automatic debit would be charged to my card. Did not identify business or which card. Wanted me to call to stop payment or get refund. Bad robot voice not really belevable
