After reading these reviews I was afraid and contacted customer service through the online chat on Key Bank's website. They confirmed this is a Key Bank phone number. No one asked me for bank or checking account information or insisted I make a payment over the phone.

This is Key Bank Collections. Called and Verified. (Telemarketer) reported by


Received a couple of voicemails stating they are with Key Bank and to call back. I returned the call and was requested to provide last 4 of SSN and DOB. I immediately hung up and called Key Bank customer service. The CSR advised the call was from Key Bank Collections - apparently there was an issue with a payment on my auto loan. This caller is legit, however, providing personal information to a machine does not feel safe.
