I believe this is GeeksWorld which represents themselves as Microsoft. They are a tech service company that troubleshoots computers remotely. That means that get into your computer through the internet to fix it. They will call you in about a year and say your computer is subject to a virus and want to fix it and charge you another 200.00.

First experience with this "prerecorded message" calling my corporate business advising to call a different no and ask for a refund, that Microsoft was closing and giving a mandatory refund...sorry, did not get the other no....I hung up....called at 5:10 p.m...answered because I thought it was another expected call.

The message on my answering machine said a service contract I paid on "3 months ago" was due a refund because the company had been forced to close. I have a service contract but it was paid much longer ago than 3 months. I was asked to call back on the same number. I researched the calling number instead, and if I thought it was legit I would have contacted the company where I got the service contract. Obviously not legit.
