Said he was from Round Point Mortgage and wanted to know if I had (Financial services) reported by


any problems or questions about my mortgage. I told him I did not and he said, “Well, you know how it is. I have to call.” Then he hung up. Very unprofessional. I doubt he’s from Round Point.
