This is SUPPOSED to be TransWorld, a collection agency, however, lately it's been being spoofed to phish for personal info and scam for money ... Here's a hint; if they call more than 2x/min, and/or 4-5x/day, it's probably the spoofed scammers ... Either way, just block it ... If TransWorld needs to contact you, they can do it either with another number of theirs, or by mail ... Don't answer this number! If it's the scammers you will be listed as a "live contact" and or on even more scammer's lists ...

1st time they hung up when I answered. When I called back,the agent was just mumbling under his breath, I asked for a spanish speaking agent, was transferred and the agent was very rude because I would answer his question, he refused to answer my questions. Got a 2nd call from them, the agent just kept saying it was a personal matter and started being rude when I wouldn't give her any information and instead asked questions myself. Told them they lack good customer service, to never call me back.

I got the same thing the agent asked for me by name I said "how can I help you". He kept trying to get me to "say" my name, but all I would say is "how can I help you". He said I first need to know if this is you and again I said "how can I help you" He got frustrated and hung up. For me its AAA debt collector.
