If someone picks up this number, it will be a scam. I was called 6 times in one day. This was after blocking a neighboe spoofed number yesterday that did the same. This is most likely a scam call from Kolkata. Long live JB, who teaches this stuff

I learned from experience, do not answer or call these numbers back. We did and got charged for a international calls. Very expensive. Even though they look like US numbers, they can be an international number.

This was my first time answering a call from the number. The gentleman asked the same questions that others had received. I asked how he knew my information he said “from public records”. He asked about the house itself, condition, etc. I told him that we were re-doing the entire house and had stripped it down to the studs. Then I added a bit of non-truth and told him that we were way behind schedule to finish renovations. He asked why and I told him that I think that we bought an old crack house. Everytime, we pull off sheetrock we got high from the meth residue. Told him that it felt so good that we take our time on purpose, no need to waste a buzz. The gentleman listened to my entire story and said that as long as we had a credit score of 620 or above that we would have no problems. He also promised not to mention our renovations to their mortgage expert. That was a fun call, I took up 20 minutes of his day!

Wanted me to refinance and kept asking how much I owe on my house (Unsolicited call) reported by


Said he was calling on behalf of Gold Star Finance and kept telling me. . not asking. . how much I owe on my house and wanted me to confirm. When I said I didn't want to disclose that information, he just kept saying "so this is what you owe ?". On another call when he quoted how much I owe and wanted me to confirm, I told him no that was incorrect just to hear what he would say and he said, "sorry I must have gotten the wrong information. How much do you owe?" I answered "none of your business" and hung up.

Same thing happened to me 5/17/2021. Knew my first name, said he was from "NMG" and quoted wrong $ owed. I said was incorrect and asked what info they actually had. Deflected my questions and just kept asking how much I owe.

They will ask for your name, email, credit score, and the house market price. Then they will ask if you skipped payments, etc. When you inquire what their company name is, they hang up! DO NOT PICK UP from this number! It's a scam for a REFI.

Calls me AT LEAST five times a day, even after blocking the number on my phone! I have already reported the number, but they keep going. I answered once and it was a dead line for about 5 seconds then the call dropped. It is beyond frustrating that this number goes through even when blocked!

"SMS financial services", or something similar-sounding, about a home mortgage refinance. No info available online apart from complaints. Dishonest because they call from a number that, when dialed, is out of service. That must be how they're getting around my block on that number. Very shady. I asked to be removed from the list and the rep just continued with his pitch, which is illegal. I asked again, mentioning it was a recorded line, and he hung up on me mid-sentence. SMS
